New Jersey, despite what you may have heard, is a pretty interesting place. Did you know, for example, that the light bulb was invented in New Jersey? It's true! Enjay is the phonetic spelling of the letters N (En) and J (jay), which are not only the initials of our beloved home state, New Jersey, but also the first initials of Newt and Jessica Briggs, the husband-and-wife founders of Enjay Printing and Design.
"Okay, but so what?" you say (and rightly so, again).
